Testing to find a possible bug

Trying to solve an issue reported here. …

There's no way to get the focus within the input field on Opera Mini like there is on desktop browser.

On desktop Opera 10.60 tried this:

  1. Opened this post via 'Edit post'.
  2. I did not click anywhere inside the input fields.
  3. Clicked 'Add new picture' and proceed to phase 'Add picture to post' (yellow button) and clicked it. Now the code for a new picture appears as last in the main post input field, just as it should because no adding point was showed.

However, when you try to do the same on Opera Mini, you are in trouble. In any stage you have no possibility to point out where exactly to add the new image. Then the MyOpera server PHP code should do the same as on desktop browser, and add teh image as last on the page. Instead it replaces everything in the main post field.

EDIT: Oranges…

EDIT: Testing list…

  • Something
  • Something else
  • Yet something more

  1. Updated the post a little :DTom, your workaround on forum is nice ๐Ÿ™‚ That actually did not cross my mind at all :lol:Originally posted by Frlmnk:

In this case I actually used Opera Mini 5.1 on SOny Ericsson K800i, so no emulator used in this case.Originally posted by Frlmnk:

No, they are tomatoes and that image (oops, I deleted the image ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ) of tomatoes was also manipulated on software that I found on my SE K800. I try to get that image back ASAP ๐Ÿ˜€ EDIT: DOne and found out there really are tomatoes, no oranges ๐Ÿ˜†

  2. This looks like you can use an editor too. When you use an emulator on your desktop for a cell, (I think that's what you mean), how are you sure it really simulates the way the device functions in actuality, Say, not under room temp. or any # of other parameters?PS: I'm really glad it's only a bike I'm trying to be a mechanic on these days and not a late model auto. ๐Ÿ˜‰ PPS: are those oranges?

  3. Hey! I decided not to post that! :irked:I guess I did hit "post comment" but not 2x or refresh also. Otherwise I don't see it. It appears others can view my poosts faster than I can. I also wonder if you can see this as I'm typing. :eyes:(I am glad I got used to casino surveilance back in Vegas)

๐Ÿ˜† No, that's still happens on client side and is protected by correctly working privileges ๐Ÿ˜€

I mean something like writing a blog on desktop browser. MyOpera takes auto saves every now and then (if it works correctly) but those auto saved drafts are not public. Only the author sees them.

    Nope

  7. He had a laptop he was lent by his school and they spied on him through the web cam! :lol:Serious, it was in the news in the beginning of the summer sometime. :eyes:

  8. Then I guess it must have had a root kit installed. :insane:.A sticker over the lens of the webcam would have been a good idea!.Or cover the lens with the clip on my modem like I usually do! :p.

  9. Sometimes, like when I'm talking at this cell and it responds like it knows what I'm saying, I don't mind the "illusion".
